In 2003 the Lutheran schools within the Hills region decided to combine resources and form an exciting partnership designed to strengthen the learning process of local students.
Lobethal Lutheran School together with St Michael’s Lutheran Primary (Hahndorf), Trinity Lutheran School (Spring Head) and St Mark’s Lutheran (Mt Barker) and Cornerstone College Mt Barker formed Lutheran Education Adelaide Hills (LEAH).
LEAH has been designed to formalise the bond between each of the member schools. The partnership allows for the sharing of resources amongst the schools, and helps to ease the transition between primary and secondary education. A pathway to Cornerstone exists where students have an automatic registration status for enrolment. Cornerstone College can be contacted on 08 8398 2566 or visit their website www.cornerstonecollege.sa.edu.au .
Other local secondary schools that our graduating students also move onto are Faith Lutheran School, Tanunda www.faith.sa.edu.au, Oakbank Area School www.oakbankas.sa.edu.au and Birdwood High School www.birdwoodhs.sa.edu.au
