Assessment & Reporting
It is a policy of Lobethal Lutheran School that the forms of assessment and reporting used should promote a positive attitude towards learning, encourage the pursuit of excellence and contribute to the success of all students.
At this school reporting takes the following formats:
- Student Learning Profile Books LPB’s(portfolio) – distributed at the end of each term
- Formal Written Reports – distributed at the end of Terms 2 and 4
- Parent/Teacher Interviews – at the conclusion of Term 1 and then by request during other terms
- NAPLAN National Assessment Program Literacy and Numeracy testing – for Years 3, 5 and 7 students, distributed during Term 3
